The Stradia team has extensive experience of working with construction and other teams to ensure that they start out with the best possible chance of success. Following our work together each team sets out on the right track with a clear view of what they want to achieve, plus the knowledge and supporting processes in place to enable them to succeed.

We also work with many teams that are experiencing problems or frustration, or are doing things the way that they always have done, with performance at a mediocre level (or worse!).   • Leadership – training and coaching of individuals or leadership teams (eg. Core teams) so that they are able to provide the energetic, focused leadership that their teams require
     
  • Performance management (KPIs, measuring, monitoring, benchmarking) – designing and implementing simple, but effective, performance management systems (we find that more complicated systems are often less effective)
     
  • Regular performance reviews – this is an increasingly popular service as many teams find their good intentions and objectives being swamped by day-to-day demands and best value not being delivered. Performance Reviews enable team members to stand back and review performance honestly, without blame, recognise their successes and develop clear action plans for improving performance (solving problems and dramatically improving performance)
