How is the Coaching delivered?
Initial planning meeting:
- Your Coach aims to learn as much as possible about your objectives for the Coaching programme, together with your business aims and challenges
- Together, we will design the most effective programme to ensure that you achieve your objectives
Frequency and style of sessions:
- Each session is a dynamic, challenging and enjoyable meeting with your Coach
- Length, frequency and style will vary with each programme, with meetings or telephone sessions being Monthly, Fortnightly or Weekly
- Flexibility is built in to maximise your results and deliver the best format to fit your working style and other commitments
Additional support
- Clients can contact their Coach by phone or e-mail at any time in between sessions to ask questions, use them as a ‘sounding board’ or for a quick 5 minute top up
