Due to the strategic and problem solving nature of our work we only employ consultants with considerable experience of working in senior positions. 

Most have hands-on experience in the Construction Industry, including many with a Quantity Surveying background. As we’ve grown and developed we’ve also employed people with specialist skills to supplement and enhance our construction experience and the team now includes people with legal qualifications, coaching, change management and lean construction skills and high level sustainability expertise.

Our consultants have a range of professional and managerial qualifications, which underpin their wealth of practical knowledge and ‘hands on’ experience. All of our consultants are highly qualified and skilled in their own discipline(s) and understand the close interrelationships required to achieve excellent project delivery - particularly the balance between commercial management, effective processes and team behaviour.
